  • Vermont Creamery Sea Salt Cultured Butter

    1 cup

  • 1 tablespoon red onion, minced

  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon capers, minced

  • 2 tablespoons salmon lox, minced

  • 2 teaspoons everything seasoning blend

  • zest of one lemon

Directions

  1. Whip butter in stand mixer, hand mixer, or with whisk until pale and fluffy.
  2. Add all ingredients and whip until combined.
  3. Store in airtight container and keep in refrigerator for up to one week.
