  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Remove cover from crock. Spoon jam over top of St. Albans.
  3. Cut square from thawed puff pastry slightly larger than crock. Wet underside edges of pastry with a little water. Gently lay puff pastry over cheese, pressing down on edges to seal in jam.
  4. Place crock onto baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned and crisp.
  5. Serve immediately with baguette slices,
